The second APPICOM plenary meeting will take place on Monday, November 15th thru Thursday, November 18th of 2021, at Valpré, in Ecully, very close to Lyon.

Accessing the meeting venue:
To reach Valpré, a shuttle bus will be available from the Part-Dieu train station on monday 15th, and another one to go back to the train station on Thursday 18th. It is currently being set-up, likely departure times are 13h on monday 15th, and also 13h on thursday 18th.
Alternatively, Valpré can be reached by public transportation (TCL) with a 10 minute walk uphill from the bus stop. From Part-Dieu train station, take to Metro B direction « Gare d’Oulins », transfer to the D-line at Saxe-Gambetta directions « gare de Vaise » and exit at Gorge de Loup. Take the Bus 19 towards « Ecully Le perollier » and stop at Valpré. A map is available for download.
Registration is now open and accessible by clicking the following in the appropriate language: French or English. The registration deadline is September 30th, however, please do not wait until the last minute to register.

Registration fees are 450€ for academia with a single room, 400€ for academia with a double room, and 300€ for students with a double room; these prices include lodging and meals for the duration of the meeting. It is also possible to attend 1,2 or 3 days without the hotel room; prices including meals and coffee breaks only are 70€, 140€ and 210€ respectively.
